High-end Residential Development

IMEG worked with the developer, county staff, and citizens to refine the general development plan of the 19 luxury-home residential community as part of a public rezoning process. The IMEG team attended numerous public meetings and was ultimately successful in moving on to the site plan phase. Tree preservation, reforestation, and pond restoration areas were identified as opportunities to provide a trail system that incorporates the community’s amenities with important natural features of the site.
