Historic Renovation

IMEG provided engineering services for the historic renovation of a 275,800-sf high-rise building to become the corporate headquarters for OSF Healthcare in downtown Peoria, IL.

IMEG provided MEP engineering and coordinated with state and federal historic renovation reviews for aesthetics and function while maximizing reusable architectural finishes and details. Building conditioning provided by chilled water systems and efficient heating water systems. A voice fire alarm system and standby emergency generator are included in the necessary life safety systems for high-rise buildings.

The building can house 700 OSF employees.
