Major Warehouse Renovation

IMEG’s Portland structural team provided engineering design and services for the major renovation of a 34,536-sf warehouse built in 1974 for the City of Sherwood Public Works. The renovation included adding three feet of headroom by mounting support beams above the roof. Most of the renovated building space is now used to house city public works operations, while 12,000-sf is used for the field house, which includes an indoor soccer field, reception area, locker rooms, and restrooms.
