Surveying services included topographic surveying, establishing horizontal and vertical control, hydrographic survey of lake area and dam, utility as-built surveys, vegetation survey, record plat and easement plat preparation, and stakeout site improvements.
Phase 2 included submitting site plans for an administration building, restrooms, 130-space parking lot, vending kiosks, utilities, and eleven rain gardens.
