IMEG provided construction stakeout services for the City Market at O, a luxury mixed-use multi-family development located in the heart of Washington, DC’s historic Shaw neighborhood.

City Market at O is a mixture of old and new with the façade of the historic O Street Market remaining as a gateway to the new modern, hip apartments. The 1M-sf urban infill project covers two city blocks. Developments include 550 luxury rental apartments, 90 affordable senior rental units, 182 Cambria Suites hotel rooms and nearly 90,000-sf of retail space, anchored by a Giant Food Store. The development features rooftop amenities including an infinity pool, dog park, lounge and fire pits.
