Mixed-Use Development

Parkview is a mixed-use transit-oriented redevelopment project adjacent to the Herndon Metro Station comprised of residential, office, and retail uses at a floor area ratio of up to 4.3. It has a pedestrian activated streetscape that is integrated with attractive public open space and plaza areas for its users. IMEG provided civil engineering design services for the development and project entitlement was approved in 2022.
