Mixed-Use Residential Community

IMEG worked closely with the Belmont property owner to reinvent this planned office park as a unique mixed-use residential community. The challenge was to create a neighborhood with a contemporary urban feel that also honors and addresses the aesthetics of the neighboring country club. A rectilinear grid with a central park terminating at a pond creates an engaging urban framework that is infused with natural elements. Broad areas of tree preservation and enhanced landscape buffers surround the property to transition between it and the surrounding communities. IMEG provided civil engineering design services and planning and landscape architecture.
