Modular Student Housing

These two new student housing buildings on Pace’s Westchester campus feature four stories of modular framing with post and beam construction, cold formed walls and floor, consisting of suites and semi-suites. The 125,000 sf Alumni Hall has 527 beds for mostly first-year students; Elm Hall houses 321 upper-level students in a 96,000 sf facility. Amenities for both buildings include classrooms, lounges, study rooms and offer themed communities that bring together students with common interests.
