New 11-Story Zipline Attraction

IMEG provided structural engineering design services, along with construction administration, for the zipline attraction. Slotzilla, a 125 foot launch tower with a 45 foot end tower, bookends the quarter mile long Fremont Street Experience canopy, and provides zipliners the opportunity to view downtown Las Vegas while traveling above the crowds.

IMEG assumed the role of Engineer of Record during construction and completed a peer review of the original design. The towers were modeled using Revit 3D software, as was the production of light gage steel trusses used to clad the launch tower.
