New 12-Story Building

IMEG is providing technology engineering design services for  the new FIS headquarters, a 12-Story Class A waterfront office building located on St John’s River. The new building includes an attached eight-story parking garage, open office seating,  upper level executive suites with boardroom, call center, and small and large conference and collaboration spaces throughout. Guest spaces include a divisible training/meeting center, town hall space, visitor experience center, cafeteria and dining rooms, and outdoor seating.

IMEG worked in collaboration with the developer, owner and design team to provided programming and design for the technology systems including structured cabling and forward thinking professional audio-video systems utilizing network based solutions. The network based AV systems utilized to dedicate infrastructure that can be merged onto the corporate

IT-network as needed. The end result will create an Interactive Client Experience Center within the Town Hall space. IMEG worked with the Owner’s technology group to understand their current operations and guide them in developing systems to be implemented that are cost effective while providing a strong, flexible systems architecture to allow for easy adoption of new technologies in the future. The project is pursuingLEED Platinum and WELL Silver certification.
