New 4-Story Hotel

IMEG provided engineering design services for Woolley’s Classic Suites, a four-story, 248-suite hotel that features a tropical atrium, full-service restaurant and 8,000-sf of meeting space situated on a seven-acre property in Aurora’s Gateway Office Park. 

The hotel is the prototype for what is expected to be a line of higher quality suite hotels aimed at business travelers during the week and vacationing families on weekends. 

IMEG provided electrical engineering design as a sub-consultant to the design-build electrical contractor. The electrical design included electrical service and distribution, lighting design, and low voltage systems such as fire alarm, communications systems, and technology systems.
