New Arena and Expo

This new 78,000 square foot facility is part of the Marshall Amateur Regional Sports Hub and is the centerpiece of the Schwan Regional Amateur Sports Center. The Arena & Expo consists of two sheets of ice and an expo center. The arena consists of state-of-the-art technology and video board, furnished locker rooms, showers, restrooms, open-faced lockers for each player, and a club room. The arena can seat 1,350 spectators.

The Hub also features four ball fields, a concessions/comfort/storage facility, outdoor gathering space, and tiered spectator viewing areas at each ball field. Clark Engineering was responsible for design of the dugouts, concession building, and support building.

The construction system is precast wall panels with roof construction of steel deck, bar joists and beams with columns. The below grade structure is cast in place concrete walls with concrete spread footings.
