New Downtown Fort Collins Hotel

IMEG provided engineering design for the new Elizabeth Hotel in downtown Fort Collins, CO. 

The hotel includes 165 guest rooms, full lounge/bar, large conference center, full three-meal up-scale restaurant on the main level, fitness center, retail and Sky Bar on the top floor and roof top. Outdoor ground floor terraces and retail spaces create an outdoor gathering place in the alley between the hotel and a three-story parking structure that is shared with the City of Fort Collins.  

IMEG provided the mechanical, electrical and fire protection design. Mechanical systems include water-source heat pumps with dedicated outside air units with energy recovery that provides a very energy efficient system and high indoor air quality.
