New Five-Building Campus

IMEG provided civil and survey engineering design services for Meta’s (formerly known as Facebook) data center campus in Henrico County, VA. The 365-acre campus contains approximately 1,575,000-sf of data center in five buildings with an electric substation.

IMEG worked closely with the owner’s site selection team to assess multiple sites in the state of Virginia by performing due diligence support, conceptual layouts, and preliminary engineering. The site plan was processed through the AHJ’s Fast Track process. Design services included preliminary and advanced civil planning, stormwater best management practices, dry utility modeling for all electrical and telecom duct banks, landscape planning, and construction administration services.
