New Headquarters Building

IMEG served as a consultant to the architect and development manager for Amegy Bank’s new headquarters building. IMEG provided programming, design, and construction administration for the IT Infrastructure, which included structured cabling and audiovisual design for the new 24-story commercial office building in Houston.

For the audio/visual design, IMEG provided systems design, coordination, specification, construction administration, oversight, and systems commissioning for the creation of various high-end board rooms, training rooms, cafeterias, lobbies and other public areas, and a fitness center.

The audio/visual systems design provided for both building infrastructure and active components that support presentation and collaboration environments include video teleconferencing, digital signage, video distribution, and associated control systems.

This project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
