New Hotel and Casino

This resort located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is the first casino to be built in the Caribbean for owner Palace Resorts whose headquarters is in Cancun, Mexico. The resort opened in January 2009 followed by the casino in December 2009.

Our team was retained by Palace Resorts to design an exclusive casino as part of their resort. The casino area totals 80,000 square feet and is comprised of 1,000 slot machines, conference center, a sports book venue, two restaurants: Tangerine and Lumiere both sharing a common kitchen, a deli, a large centralized sports bar, a retail area, a night club named Onyx, and supporting administrative and security offices.

Work was completed when resort was operated as the Moon Palace by Palace Resorts.
