New Hotel and Casino

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and lighting design services for a hotel and casino in Williamsburg, Mich. 

The 120-room, state-of-the-art hotel and 64,000-sf gaming facility includes an on-site parking garage with VIP parking below the hotel, a pool, sauna, fitness room, restaurant and bar areas, conference area, and an outdoor stage and fire pit. 

IMEG also provided sustainable designs which included a green roof over the conference area and a unique energy-efficient underfloor displacement ventilation system in the gaming room.
