New Senior Living Units and Parking Garage

IMEG provided engineering design and services for the new, $90 million Heartis Buckhead Senior Living facility in Atlanta.

The 245,000-sf, 17-story building has 12 levels of senior living units and amenities, five levels of above-ground parking, and three additional levels of parking below grade. The majority of units are for independent living, with additional units designated for assisted living and memory care. The amenity level features common areas, multipurpose spaces, kitchen, dining, offices, and support spaces. An existing medical office building shares the site.

IMEG provided structural, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection engineering services for the project.
