New Lodge and Ski Resort

IMEG provided structural engineering and design services for The Inn at Spanish Peaks project, a new 5-story, 50-room and 25-timeshare residences and mountain resort development currently under construction in Big Sky. The structural design of the building consists of 5 levels of steel frame construction over 2 levels of concrete on metal deck with steel framing, and is situated within a high risk seismic zone with a 180 psf ground snow load area. The building features an après ski bar, outdoor terraces with hot tubs and fire pits. The resort will be linked to the adjacent lodge and its amenities which include a pool, restaurant, spa and retail. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
