New Luxury Condominium Community

The Enclave is a planned condominium community in the City of Fairfax with 80 two-to-three bedroom units in two four-story buildings, with on-site amenities including club room, fitness center, and garage parking. IMEG provided civil and survey engineering design services, along with planning and landscape architecture, for the new community.

The community design along the property frontage incorporates an existing tree preservation area within the building facade and integrates the site’s topography. Between the two buildings, there is an existing community amenity area for both relaxation and outdoor dining experiences that is encompassed by landscaping.
