New Multipurpose Building

IMEG provided HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical design services. The 122,000-sf building includes a single story manufacturing center wing which includes welding labs, maker space and energy/industrial tech lab and a two story wing which contains dental hygiene suites, a bookstore and admissions/advising offices on the first floor and classrooms, offices and science labs on the second floor. IMEG services included VAV AHUs with energy recovery wheels, laboratory exhaust fans, high precision laboratory air valves and laboratory control system, chilled water from the campus chilled water loop, fire pump, and diesel emergency generator.
