New Rocks Resorts Hotel

The Arrabelle at Vail Square is a 2.3 acre, new 4-star, 36 room Rock Resorts Hotel with 71 condominiums and penthouses ranging from 1,500 sq. ft. to 8,000 sq. ft.; and luxury residences ranging from 1,500 (2-bedrooms, 2.5 baths) to 3,600 sq. ft.(4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths).  The project includes a new Bavarian inspired town square with one stop skier services center. New dining and shopping, a seasonal ice skating rink and spa facilities as well as centralized loading and parking are part of this grand redevelopment. The large complex includes massive below-grade parking and delivery services which supply the mountain and both back-of-house and front-of-house skier services.  A passenger walkway situated over the ice rink allows pedestrians to travel from one side of the Arrabelle to the other without having to step outside. This project is one of the many projects IMEG is completing for the multi-billion dollar revitalization of Vail.
