New Subdivision

IMEG is providing civil engineering design services for the new 120-acre mixed-use community. The new development will include 181 single-family residential lots, 15 multi-family lots, five mixed-use lots, and 16 city park lots. The community is planned so residents, and those living in surrounding neighborhoods, can easily access the parks, trails, and bike paths and enjoy Bozeman’s natural beauty.

IMEG’s services include geotechnical investigation, construction observation, and concrete testing.
