North Market Addition

IMEG worked with LSE Architects to add an additional 5,300 square feet to the already existing 15,000 square foot building. North Market’s goal is to give north Minneapolis better access to food and health wellness services and education. The store features fresh produce, wellness center, cooking classes, and health services.

The building addition is at the existing roof height, and is a metal deck on steel bar joists. The exterior wall is a CMU bearing wall.
