Office and Laboratory Renovation

IMEG partnered with Pilot Chemical Company to provide engineering design services for a multi-phase, fast paced project consisting of a 36,000-sf renovation of interior office space at the Centre Pointe III facility in West Chester, OH and a 25,000-sf interior lab and office renovation at their Technology Center in Cincinnati, OH. The renovation of the Technology Center and Laboratories required the occupied space to remain operational during construction.

IMEG’s project goals consisted of creating a functional, natural flowing space. The renovated space is designed to retain and attract multi-generational talent, encouraging collaboration between teams, all while creating quiet workspace needed by some employees. IMEG also developed a brand identity for PILOT facilities with a focus on the history, industry and technology aspects of the company.
