Plaza at Triton Park

The Plaza at Triton Park is a 425,000-sf, design/build, mixed-use, high-density residential project serving as a major landmark and gateway to the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay Area. The development features an urban classic contemporary design for 307 residential units and approximately 17,000-sf of retail space. There are three main structures in this project, two wood framed residential buildings (one four stories and one five stories) containing 300 rental apartments, seven live-work units, and a six-tiered concrete long span parking structure housing 730 vehicles.  

All three buildings have concrete drilled pier foundations. Amenities include three courtyards with a pool and jacuzzi, exterior BBQ area with fireplace, resident theater, fitness center, community center, and leasing center. This energy-efficient and sustainable project is LEED Gold certified.
