Plaza at Triton Park

The Plaza at Triton Park is a 425,000 square feet design/build, mixed-use, high-density residential project serving as a major landmark and gateway to the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay Area. The development features an urban classic contemporary design for 307 residential units and approximately 17,000 square feet of retail space. There are three main structures in this project, two wood framed residential buildings (one four stories and one five stories) containing 300 rental apartments, and seven live-work units, and a six-tiered concrete long span parking structure housing 730 vehicles. All three buildings have concrete drilled pier foundations. Amenities include three courtyards with a pool and jacuzzi, exterior BBQ area with fireplace, resident theater, fitness center, community center and leasing center. This energy-efficient and sustainable project received a LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
