Rehabilitation of Concrete Structure

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team (formerly Nishkian Menninger) provided structural design services for the seismic rehabilitation of a two-story, reinforced concrete structure. Included was the installation of new concrete shear walls and the addition of a new second floor. In addition, the Auditorium was converted into two floors of laboratory space. The total area for this project was 45,000 square feet.
