Retail Tenant Improvements

For this retail tenant improvement project, IMEG worked with Mikimoto to engineer a space that is natural and elegant, just like their pearls.

In order to display the true beauty of Mikimoto’s pearls, proper lighting was key. MSA was able to do just that in our specialty lighting design. Further, IMEG enhanced power services and designed an air conditioning system, including VAV (Variable Air Volume) hot water boxes, ductwork, air distribution devices, and temperature control systems.
