Seismic Evaluation & Upgrade

IMEG has been the structural engineer or record for most of the buildings on the Adventist Health Glendale campus.

IMEG provided SPC-2 and NPC-3 evaluations and upgrades to the following buildings:

• Diagnostic and Treatment (1967)
• TCY (1970)
• Rehabilitation (1962)

The existing buildings were constructed from 1962 to 1970 with various structural systems.

Efficient seismic retrofit plans were completed. Our team also coordinated the construction phase of each project to ensure minimal disruption to hospital services was achieved. This was done through close coordination between the Hospital, general contractor, cost estimator, and design team.
