Showroom and Service Center Renovation

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology engineering services for the renovation of the Fletcher Jones Honda showroom located on the first floor of a multi-story, mixed-use, downtown Chicago office building. The renovation included the showroom and service drop-off area on the first floor, service area on the second and third floors, and staff offices on the third floor. System upgrades included the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, and power distribution. The challenge was working with a tight budget and structural confines of the existing building.
