Tower for High Rollers
The Chairman Tower at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey is a 750,000 square foot, 41-story hotel tower constructed with cast-in-place concrete as an expansion to the existing Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. The central core of the shearwalls is jump formed and poured along with the floors within the core. Outside of the core a 10” Filigree voided slab system was used to reduce costs and maintain schedule. The tower features 782 guest rooms, including 74 suites – eight of which are at the Penthouse level and offer full-scale luxury. This brings the Trump Taj Mahal’s room inventory to a total of 2,032 rooms and suites.
