Alexandria’s Victory Center building slated for office to residential conversion

Bethesda developer Stonebridge plans to convert Alexandria’s former Victory Center office tower to residential use.

The 11-story, 642,000-sf 1970s-era office tower would be converted to 400 residential units with 316 parking spaces and would also add townhomes and a multifamily tower on the adjacent parking lot.

IMEG is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil engineering design services for the project, as a subconsultant to Lessard Design, Inc.
