New mixed-use tower in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood is finishing up facade work

Developer Sterling Bay is close to wrapping up facade work on a 28-story mixed-use tower at 225 N. Elizabeth St., in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. 

The $110 million property will have 350 residential units and 10,000-sf of ground floor retail. It is slated to open in 2024.  

Amenities include rooftop community spaces, an exterior deck with a pool and dog run, parking garage and bike parking.  

IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering design, along with energy modeling services for the project. 

Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is the architect and McHugh Construction is leading construction.
