Construction underway for The Saint Grand, a luxury mixed-use building in Chicago
Construction has begun on The Saint Grand, a 21-story mixed-use building in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago.
The building will include 248 luxury apartments, 45,000-sf of office space, 7,5000-sf of retail space, 106 car parking spaces, and 102 bicycle parking spaces. Amenities include a coworking lounge, fitness center, outdoor pool, and deck.
IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering services and energy modeling for the project as a subconsultant to Norr Architecture.
It is expected to be completed in 2024.
