Des Moines’ Two Ruan Center slated for an office-to-residential conversion

A 14-story commercial building in Des Moines will be converted into a multi-family property. 

Two Ruan Center, a 256,200-sf office tower, is slated to be turned into 200 market-rate apartments that will come onto the market in 2025.
