Construction is nearly complete at Arthur on Aberdeen, a mixed-use development in Chicago

Construction is nearly complete at 210 N. Aberdeen, now called Arthur on Aberdeen, a 433,534-sf mixed-use tower and historical reuse project in Fulton Market, Chicago.

IMEG provided a study of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for the $140 million project, which is expected to be completed early in 2024.

The 19-floor new building will have 363 residential units – 50% one-bedroom, 30% studio and 20% two-bedroom – with an outdoor rooftop pool and terrace. The property will be 10,700-sf of retail space, including the adaptive reuse of the historic Arthur Harris building, once home to a steel float manufacturing company of the same name.

LG Development Group is the owner. Norr is the architect.
