IMEG-designed arena wins ENR Midwest Best Projects Award of Merit
The Ohio State University’s Covelli Multi-Sport Arena has won an ENR Midwest 2020 Best Projects Award of Merit. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustic, technology, and lighting design (including sustainable LED sports lighting) for the 115,000-sf arena.
The arena features convertible seating for the wide variety of sports teams that use the space, 10 team locker rooms with internally ventilated lockers, built-in sound systems, USB charging stations in each locker, study areas and film rooms.
