IMEG-designed residential tower wins first place high-rise award
IMEG’s design of The Laurel Rittenhouse Square received a first-place award in the high-rise building category from the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Chapter of the American Concrete Institute’s 2023 Excellence Awards competition.
IMEG provided structural engineering design for the 50-story, 583,000-sf residential tower on Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square with 65 condominiums and 184 apartments on top of a three-story podium with 44,000-sf of retail and dining spaces. Rising 604 feet, The Laurel is the tallest residential building in Center City.
