IMEG designs first WELL certified medical clinic in Wisconsin
Wisconsin’s first WELL certified medical clinic is now open. IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering design and services for SSM Health’s Dean Clinic in Beaver Dam, WI, a new 39,800-sf clinic featuring an open office layout with team work spaces surrounded by patient exam rooms.
IMEG worked closely with the team and owner to address and implement solutions to achieve the 10 concepts in WELL V2 certification, which include air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind, and community.
