IMEG structural project named ENR Texas & Louisiana Best Project
IMEG provided structural design for the new 12-story O’Quinn Tower at the Baylor St. Luke’s McNair campus in the Texas Medical Center, which was named the 2023 ENR Texas & Louisiana Best Project in the Health Care category.
The new facility includes more than 360,000-sf of space for diagnostics, radiation therapy, ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, cancer clinic and infusion services and 40,000-sf of conference and office space. The project also included an eight-story, cast-in-place parking garage constructed over an existing active hospital loading dock.
