Lincoln Crossing lobby renovation wins ENR Mountain States award  

The renovation of the Lincoln Crossing lobby in Denver won an ENR Mountain States Best Project Award in the Interior/Tenant Improvement category.  

The project transformed the 27,000-sf lobby that had little natural light and featured dated stucco ceilings into a modern open-plan space with 30-foot ceiling heights that can be used for special events. It also includes an outdoor patio, collaborative meeting space, and fitness center. 

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for the renovation.
