New luxury resort under construction in Healdsburg, CA
A new 108 guest room resort is under construction in Healdsburg, CA. The new hotel, Appellation Healdsburg, will be located on eight acres in a campus-like setting.
The resort will include 108 guest rooms spread across 12 buildings, a restaurant, luxury wine country spa, lobby and rooftop bars, two swimming pools, modern fitness center, and expansive lawn and grange hall for events. Additionally, a mixed-use promenade will provide 12,500-sf of retail and food offerings.
IMEG is providing structural design for the facility, which is expected to be completed in summer 2025. The project is a partnership between Comstock Development, chef Charlie Palmer, and Christopher Hunsberger’s Appellation brand.
