Oregon, WI, opens new public library

The new Oregon Public Library in Oregon, Wis., has opened.

The 31,000-sf, two-story library is triple the size of the former space. It includes a community meeting room, study rooms, reading room, and a play space for toddlers. Sustainable features include a geothermal system and solar panels.

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design, and technology services.
