Philadelphia’s Arthaus named Award of Merit in 2023 ENR Mid-Atlantic Best Projects contest

Arthaus was named an Award of Merit in the Residential/Hospitality category of the ENR Mid-Atlantic Regional Best Projects Award for 2023. 

The 47-story, 400,000-sf tower in Center City Philadelphia includes 108 condominiums, ground floor retail, and above-ground parking for 140 vehicles. Building amenities include a sky garden with enclosed greenhouse, a 75-foot pool, fitness and yoga, dining salon, rooftop dog run, and a children’s playroom.
