IMEG project wins ENR Best of the Best Project Award

IMEG provided structural engineering design for the San Francisco Day School, which is one of 20 projects named in ENR’s Best of the Best Projects for 2022.  

The San Francisco Day School (pictured) previously won an ENR California 2022 Best Project Award in the K-12 Education category. The project included an 18,500-sf, three-story building expansion of the current Bay Area private school building. The addition features a basement and a roof deck community use space. Adjacent to this new structure addition is an existing 3,000-sf building that was renovated as part of the project. Herrero Builders submitted the award nomination. Read more.  

IMEG also won an ENR California 2022 Best Project Award in the Best Interior/Tenant Improvement category and a Merit Award. 

A confidential client in Los Angeles won Best Project in the Best Interior/Tenant Improvement category. IMEG provided structural engineering for the $450 million mixed-used project that includes two multi-story office buildings, a 165-seat high-performance theater, a single-story retail space, and a 20-story, 193-unit residential tower. Clune Construction submitted the award nomination. Read more. 

Angeles House in Los Angeles won an Award of Merit in the Residential/Hospitality category. The new, 74,900 sf community facility of the Union Rescue Mission includes housing units and space for support services and administration. PNG Builders submitted the award nomination. Read more.
