Sky Lodge, a resort-style senior living community, opens in Portland, OR

IMEG provided structural engineering for Touchmark in the West Hills’ latest resort-style senior living community, Sky Lodge, in Portland, OR.

The 117,000-sf, four-story senior living building is wood-over-concrete podium construction with 56-units. It was designed as a resort-like facility with views of the valley below.
