Terwilliger Plaza Parkview tops out in Portland, OR 

The latest piece of the Terwilliger Plaza senior living complex in Portland, OR, has topped out.  

Terwilliger Plaza Parkview will add a 10-story, 370,000-sf building housing 127 independent living apartments to the existing three-building downtown complex. It is expected to open in Fall 2023.  

IMEG provided structural engineering design services as a subconsultant to Walsh Construction Co. The architect is LRS Architects. 

Parkview is expected to be the largest Passive House-certified project on the West coast.
