Topping out ceremony for IMEG-designed project held May 3
IMEG’s Reston, VA, team is the structural engineer of record for Medical Pavilions I and II at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD. The official topping out of Phase II, a 97,000-sf building, took place on May 3. (Phase I, a 95,000-sf building, opened in 2019.)
Together, the two five-story buildings will offer Prince George’s County a full-range of clinical, specialty, and preventive care services. Once completed, Pavilion II will house Adventist Healthcare – one of the area’s prominent not-for-profit health service organizations. IMEG is working with Trammell Crow Company and MGMA Architecture on this project.
