Trinity Muscatine tops out in new health clinic
UnityPoint Health Trinity has topped out its new Mulberry Health Clinic in Muscatine, IA.
The December event marked the completion of the steel construction phase of the $20 million project, for which IMEG is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design, as well as civil services.
The two-story, 42,000-square-foot medical office building will replace the existing 30,000-square-foot facility and will connect with the existing hospital. The design also will allow for future expansion for such services as telehealth, primary care, behavioral health, and community health.
Construction is expected to continue through the fall of 2024.
