UW Health Pleasant T. Rowland Transplant Clinic receives two national design awards
The UW Health Pleasant T. Rowland Transplant Clinic at University Hospital has received two national design awards.
The 27,300-sf clinic moved related transplantation services to one new space just inside the University Hospital clinic in Madison in 2022.
It was named the Gold Winner of the Healthcare Design 14th Annual Remodel/Renovation Competition, and the Center for Health Design’s Silver Touchstone Award. The clinic will be honored at the annual Healthcare Design Conference in New Orleans on Nov. 6.
The clinic has previously been awarded the Best Renovation: Healthcare award as part of the In Business Madison Commercial Design Awards and was named a Top Project of 2022 by The Daily Reporter, a construction trade publication in Wisconsin.
